But clearly Mercedes, Aston Martin, McLaren, Ferrari will be looking and trying to get [Newey] somehow. Because it’s a double-edged sword. If you can get Adrian’s experience and skills, then you’ve got him and somebody else doesn’t have him. So they’ll all be trying like crazy. If they’re not, they should be. However, not hiring the 65-year-old is like a double-edged sword because if one team does not hire him, it could be a loss for them as any other team could acquire his mastery over the F1 knowledge. This could spell disaster for another, thus making the Brit one of the hottest properties in the F1 market.
