Premier League side Brighton have secured their replacement for Moises Caicedo.
The Albion sold Caicedo to Chelsea for a British record fee earlier this month.
Now they have signed Cameroon-born midfielder Carlos Baleba on a five-year deal.
Brighton will pay roughly 23.2 million to Lille for the all action 19-year-old prodigy.
Seagulls boss Roberto de Zerbi said on the signing: "He will be the future of the club."
"Carlos is a very good player. He's very young but a specific player for our style."
Baleba, who played 19 league games for Lille last term, is very much one for the future.
